The dvd drive was working properly during the first few weeks since I owned the laptop.
Already have an account? I tried unistalling drivers and rebooting. I ran microsoft fix it center, didn’t do the trick either. Do you already have an account?

Ask a question and give support. Hi, Code 19 means there is a driver conflict such as two devices trying to use the same resources. System restored the drivers but it didn’t work.
