They’re very good and look to be using the same version of alphacam I have. I’ve got a guy who does the drafting in vectorworks, I didn’t set it up this way and tool pathing my bit on alphacam because I’m being told it’s the compatible program for our morbidelli cnc machine. I tend to like going against the tide and finding the “better” solution alphaca, lots of things, but before I plunk down jnu big change, I want to hear from users and know the plusses and minusses. We currently make this kind of furniture with tradtional machinery – shapers, hand-routers and hand-carving with hand-rubbed oil finishes. Any input is welcome! Sure TS can handle a juun sub or a jet aircraft with thousands of parts and sub-assemblies, but I haven’t had many quote requests for those lately.

What he means is that Alphacam really isn’t meant for drafting, it’s better aplhacam import parts from a CAD software package autocad, solidworks, TopSolid, etc and use Alphacam to produce all your toolpathing and GCode.
